I recently got a new leased car from DCH Kay Honda. The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage amounts. The amounts entered are not the standard amounts recommended by Honda Financial Services (HFS). I informed the dealership on the same day of their error and requested a correction. I have not heard back from the dealership in spite of trying various communication channels (email, voicemail, text). This error from the dealership is going to cost me more in insurance premiums. I have been leasing with Honda for a long time and have never experienced this situation with other Honda dealerships. My advice to any potential customers of this dealership would be to request a copy of the contract and take time to review every line item in detail before signing. More

I am a first time Honda buyer and this was my first time at DCH Honda, Eatontown. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. I wanted a specific vehicle that was a floor model and the staff was happy t at DCH Honda, Eatontown. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience.
