Our salesperson, Stephanie Shi, was exceptional patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I had a very disappointing experience with Tony Pozderac. Throughout my interaction, he used language that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, including phrases such as “people like you,” which came acros Throughout my interaction, he used language that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, including phrases such as “people like you,” which came across as disrespectful and concerning in a customer-facing environment. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of proper training and education among staff when it comes to handling different types of checks and financial processes. This led to confusion and unnecessary delays that could have easily been avoided with better guidance and knowledge. What was most frustrating, however, was the lack of effort to resolve the issues. There was little to no initiative taken to rectify the situation or ensure a smooth experience. Overall, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially from someone in a management position. More
