From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things RAV4 Hybrid. Steph took her time showing us the available used RAV4 Hybrid inventory, walking us through the features in detail, and explaining why the RAV4 is such a great vehicle. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us learn more so we could make the best decision for our situation. In the end, we decided to stick with a hand-me-down vehicle from a family member instead of purchasing, but the level of professionalism and warmth Steph showed made such a great impression that I felt compelled to write this review. Second contact at the dealership was with Stephanie Lucio, Sales Consultant, who showed the vehicle and coordinated the purchase. Both Monet & Stephanie were exceptional in following up and communicating by text, phone, and email during the purchasing process. Third contact was with Kevin Flynn, Business Manager, who offered options for purchase but didn't try to push a purchase.
