My salesperson, Star, was wonderful. Very happy with all that she did. The sales manager (can’t remember his name) was very pushy. The service department was not good. They were unrespon Very happy with all that she did. The sales manager (can’t remember his name) was very pushy. The service department was not good. They were unresponsive, hung up on me when I tried to check on my vehicle, and didn’t deliver as promised. I had to go pick up my car (instead of them delivering) after they had it in the shop for an extra day (3 days total). I was promised a full tank of gas, but (after picking it up and realizing they never put ANY in it) was told used cars only get a half a tank, and Star took care of that. My car was not washed or detailed, so I had to bring it back another day. When I came back, the detail department only rinsed the perimeter, washed the tires and sprayed air freshener in it. It was still grimy from the previous owner. I took it to a local car wash to actually clean it. Poor service department job. More
