Not to mention that my schedule is crazy with work travel and taking care of my elderly mother. Stacy always takes all of the stress away from me and makes swapping my lease car the easiest thing i have to do. She is a model for great customer service and i use Stacy and my experience with D&M as an example when talking with my sales and delivery folks (I am also in sales) on what it means to be great at customer service. I have referred a number of folks either to Stacy directly or to D&M Leasing and to me that is the reward. I cannot say enough good things about Stacy, D&M, and my overall leasing experience.
