Displeasure with service results. All of my tires were set at different pressures after receiving full service at almost 400.00. Tire light came on during trip to Chicago and that’s when I discovered it. Time before that a diagnostic was performed on my Acura MDX for a check engine light. They said it would cost 300.00 plus to fix. I didn’t want servicing for this at the time since the vehicle was old but then later I incidentally found that a harness came unplugged and after plugging it back in the check engine light went out. Both of these incidents leaves me doubtful about the integrity of the service provided at Whites Honda. More

The service center quality has continued to decline since being under the White's Toyota name. The staff is friendly, however from finding a completely loose lugnut, splashguard not being tacked up x 2 after being under the White's Toyota name. The staff is friendly, however from finding a completely loose lugnut, splashguard not being tacked up x 2 after maintenance, parts of vehicles being broken or damaged, the tire indicator never being reset after each visit, to being called that the service technician doesn't know how to open the hood, etc, I have lost all faith in this site for both vehicles. All vehicle purchases and maintenance have been solely at this dealership/service center for over 25 years. I am currently in the market for a new vehicle and will not buy from this dealership, having chosen to go out of town, and I will also have the new vehicle serviced elsewhere. The only thing I will miss is the terrific shuttle drivers and the convenience of this service. More

Scheduled update for ceramic coating on my Camry. I brought it in two weeks early for the appointment ( my error). They were able to fit me in and have it completed by 530 that afternoon.
