In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Always a pleasure I have purchased two vehicles from Roush and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Lately I have been trying to decide if buying another vehicle I have purchased two vehicles from Roush and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Lately I have been trying to decide if buying another vehicle is a good thing for me and I know the staff, especially Spyros Tabone has spent a lot of time helping me come to a decision. The patience Spyros has shown while I go back and forth on which car and whether to purchase or lease has been awesome. Also the maintenance employees are always courteous, helpful and upbeat. I can't imagine I'll ever buy a car anywhere but Roush. More

Knowledgeable and professional The CRV that I bought at Roush three years ago was end of lease so my husband and I went back to Roush to look at both the newly redesigned 2017 CRV a The CRV that I bought at Roush three years ago was end of lease so my husband and I went back to Roush to look at both the newly redesigned 2017 CRV and the 2017 Accord. This time we dealt with Spyros Tabone who was very knowledgeable as well as professional. We took both the Accord and the CRV on a leisurely test drive over roads we frequently drive to give us a good comparison. Deciding between the two vehicles is a major decision and we did not feel rushed or pressured in making a decision. When we decided on the CRV we dealt with Mike Dunlap for the leasing paperwork who answered all our questions, was professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. With all the features, cars have become a piece of electronics and this is where Spyros Tabone really shone going over all the settings and capabilities, customizing to our preferences and linking our iPhones. This is a lot to absorb and again, we did not feel rushed and although it was getting late and snowing. Spyros took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we had an overall understanding of the new features on the CRV. Roush provides end to end service and Spyros made it clear if we had questions as to features and settings or anything else later, he would be there to answer them. Great service! Very professional! I was immediately in contact with Spyros who answered every single question I had. We went back and forth texting and he never once made me feel like I was being overwhelming or asking too many questions. I showed him the car I was interested and then went into Roush and met him in person. He didn't try and throw me a sales pitch and steer me to any other cars as other salesman have done in past experiences with other dealers. He found me the exact car I wanted and truly made me feel like I was making a good investment. Spyros is exactly the type of person you want to work with while buying a car. He made the process so quick and easy and was beyond professional and easy to work with. I am so happy with my decision to go with Roush and will recommend them to anyone! Spyros, you are incredible!
