In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. He spent quite a bit of time the day of delivery to personally review options one more time. He has contacted me several times following delivery of the vehicle to inquire if I had any questions after driving the vehicle. Roush had a good inventory that included a vehicle with options I wanted. Two programs offered by Roush: 1. Extended 7yr, 100,000 mile HONFIDENCE including repair of mechanical components and 24 hour roadside assistance 2. Loaner Car to eliminate wait times at the dealership for any repairs or service needed. I would recommend if you are looking for a vehicle that you take the time to stop by the Roush Honda dealership in Westerville for fast courteous service. More

Hassle Free I hate buying cars; pressure, haggling, speaking to multiple levels of sales persons. I hate it so much that my previous vehicle and trade-in was purchased used at a "no haggle" dealer. I didn't experience any of the above in my visit to Roush Honda. Spyros Tabone, my sales person, was well informed, prepared, had all the numbers together and was looking out for my best interest in this new car purchase. Sam Nhem gave me a great price for my trade-in and Karen Mathews, who assisted in my financing, was organized, efficient and very professional. She had a boat load of paperwork to compile and arrange. She was meticulous in her accuracy. I feel that I received a great car at a great price. I would encourage others to definitely stop by Roush Honda when looking for a vehicle. More

The sales staff was very attentive and helpful, even though we were there all afternoon. The best part is that the Costco program removes all the negotiation from the experience. The price was amazing and the process very easy. We drove home with our new car that day. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new Honda. More
