I used to purchase my Honda's through Immke dealerships but when they sold to Germain I had to find a new place. Roush is where I landed. Every time I go to purchase a new Honda I always look at the various dealers but keep coming back to Roush. I feel they are honest and many of their staff has been there for a long time. Lexy brought be into the the dealership and Spyros actually ended up selling me my newest Honda - the 2018 Odyssey Touring Elite. It was the end of the month and he flat out told me they'd love to get me into my van now because it would help their sales goals for the month. That said, he also went on to say that while he'd love to get me in a van before the end of the month it was completely okay if I wasn't ready before then. Can't tell you how many times he said you need to be happy and comfortable with your purchase. I truly appreciated that - I hate to feel pressured into something. You know we've all been there - you're in the dealership and everything's great but at some point the air changes (ususally when it comes time to speak with the finance manager) and you feel as if somone is trying to pull a fast one on you. At no time did I feel this type of pressure while purchasing my new van. I also want to mention I was given a fair price AND I absolutely love my van so far!! Thanks Spryos, Lexy and Steve for making this a pleasurable purchasing experience. Will recommend Roush to anyone interested in Honda vehicles. More
