In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Spyros Tabone I contacted half a dozen Honda dealerships over four months before settling on Roush Honda to purchase an Accord (for the second time). Spyros Tabone always provided information I requested, answered questions I asked and supplied price lists without pressure -- allowing me to make my decision when I was ready. The dealership installed my add-ons in short order and the car was in perfect condition when I picked it. Up. Highly recommended More

Wonderful Experience!! We bought our first Honda from Roush. We started our Honda search at a different dealership and were not satisfied. They were so extremely busy, which We bought our first Honda from Roush. We started our Honda search at a different dealership and were not satisfied. They were so extremely busy, which is good for the Honda brand, but made us feel like we we're important. At that point, we went to Roush on a friend's recommendation. We took a while to decide which vehicle and test drove a couple different ones. Spyros was amazing!! He was always available for us and answered every single question we had. We was there for us every step of the way!! Pat and Mike were also fantastic to work with. They also took their time and went over every single for with us in detail. We have been in our new car for three weeks now and couldn't be happier!!! Another amazing aspect of Roush Honda in Westerville is the kids area and waiting room. We had to bring our children and the play room was perfect to distract them while we focused on our purchase. We highly recommend Roush!! Keep up the good work!! More

Great Personal Service!!!!! My wife and I went to Roush Honda to test drive and hopefully buy a new Accord. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and set up with a test drive. The dealership was very busy as this was one of the first sunny Saturdays of spring in Columbus. Our salesman Spyros was very very busy but always took the time to touch base with us and kept things moving along. Otis Tate helped out at times and also took time to talk things over with us. Both salesmen were very friendly and never pushy. We spent the majority of time with Spyros and would definitely buy from him again. Spyros was an extremely personable, friendly and patient salesman. Although the dealership was very busy he made the buying experience a great one. If you are looking for a new Honda look no further than Roush and ask for Spyros. Great staff, dealership and experience. We also love our new Accord!!! More
