I tend to be a bit thrifty, so the lure of the Hybrids, with their high MPG was appealing. Spyros was very helpful and patient working to determine the combinations of features that best fit my needs. During the process, when they were checking my old CR-V for a trade in, it went into cardiac arrest, when a compressor froze and threw a serpentine belt. While we did find a hybrid to fit my needs and Spyros worked hard to get the best deal, I also realized that the CR-V was still fit my needs better than a hybrid. Working late Spyros was able to get a great deal on a new CR-V. The team went the extra mile and arranged a loaner to get me home. Thanks More

The finance department did a great job to accommodate our needs for a monthly payment while giving us what we needed in a service plan. All within the guidelines of what we wanted to pay. We have had Accords, Civics, one Fit and now a CRV. Roush Honda has always provided excellent service and cars. Our last Accord, which was a 2016, was excellent and we really didn't need a new car. However, I felt it would be safer for me to drive a car that would give me a higher view and the latest safety features. The 2019 CRV Touring was just that car. Spyros Tabone understood our need and treated us very well. I had a question about unlocking the car doors the morning after I brought it home. I emailed him, he answered promptly, and took care of my concern in about 30 seconds! Good service indeed! More

Repeat customer After purchasing my first Honda 10 years ago, I finally decided to get myself a new car with all the features I really wanted. My son had just leased After purchasing my first Honda 10 years ago, I finally decided to get myself a new car with all the features I really wanted. My son had just leased a new Civic and I was slightly jealous of the features his car had. I kept convincing myself that I didn’t need a new car because my 10 year old Honda was running great and of course, it was paid for. However, it had high miles and it was long overdue for me to treat myself to the car I really wanted. I went into the dealership and was helped by Spyros Tabone. He was patient and accommodating while answering all of my questions. I looked at and test-drove 3 types of cars- the H-RV, the Accord and the Civic. I never had an SUV and simply wasn’t comfortable after driving it; it was just bigger than I wanted. The Accord was great and similar to what I was used to. However, after discovering the features I could get in the Civic for the price, it was an easy decision. Since I’m not toting around kids anymore, the size was great, the features were awesome, and the price was perfect. I’m so glad to be in a new vehicle with features that I love and added peace about the longevity of the car. Thank you Spyros! More
