Patient and Excellent Service Spyros was very patient with our process of choosing a new car. I looked at other Honda dealers in Central Ohio and found that I returned to Roush fo Spyros was very patient with our process of choosing a new car. I looked at other Honda dealers in Central Ohio and found that I returned to Roush for a Civic EX. We have a 2015 CRV from Roush and was driving an 2007 company Odyssey that had 209,000 on it and my wife wanted a smaller car. I found other dealers not as thorough, understanding, and caring of our needs. We had never leased before and Spyros presented this option in a way that made us to go with a lease instead of outright cash purchase. For us the price was competitive, if not absolutely lowest, and we were willing to pay a little more for the service and care we received from Spyros! We also have past experience with Roush's excellent and convenient service and this was a factor in our final decision also. Mike Dunlap was also organized and efficient with the paperwork. A great car experience! More

4th Honda from Roush (only b/c Spyro recovered our loyalty) As my title states, this is the fourth Honda I have purchased through Roush in the last ten years. However, this time around we almost didn't go throu As my title states, this is the fourth Honda I have purchased through Roush in the last ten years. However, this time around we almost didn't go through Roush and had planned to buy a vehicle from a different manufacturer. In 2009, we purchased a Ridgeline from Bob Savage and had a low pressure, low stress, overall as wonderful an experience as can be had buying a car, so much so we returned in 2015 and 2018 and purchased vehicles from him again. It was very unfortunate when in the fall of 2019 we came in and found Bob had retired. We were met by Ryan and had a horrible experience as it seems he approaches car sales with the stereotypical high pressure, attempts at being slick, approach you see in tv and movies. We were not ready to sign papers as we were just on an informational trip to weigh our options and with his approach he tipped the scales so hard that we decided to never buy from Roush again if this is the new style of sales approach. And when we reached out to management about our experience they never contacted us. So we went to several dealers and looked at several cars, but we truly just prefer Honda's so we decided to give them one last try. Thankfully we were met by Spyros after submitting our Costco Auto request. Spyros recovered our sales and commitment to the company by providing a positive, low stress experience. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and did not pressure us to buy the more expensive one just because it benefited him. He provided the information and allowed us time to discuss and decide what ultimately worked best for our family. Using Costco allows for a no haggle situation and unlike Ryan, Spyros did not pressure us to take any alternative deals Honda was offering where haggling always becomes an issue. We trust Costco and after our experience on Thursday we trust Spyros. Thank you again to Spyros (and Will, who was informative and helpful) for getting us in our new CRV and providing us the positive experience we had come to expect from Roush. More
