Quickest dealership experience I’ve ever had! Sierra was absolutely amazing. Since I live an hour away, everything was handled seamlessly over email and phone. I mentioned to Sierra that I usuall Sierra was absolutely amazing. Since I live an hour away, everything was handled seamlessly over email and phone. I mentioned to Sierra that I usually bring a check from my own bank to avoid the long, drawn-out process of financing at the dealership. When she offered their financing as part of the negotiation, I was hesitant because I was certain I’d be going with my own bank. I also didn’t want my credit run multiple times, which I explained to her. Sierra really listened to my concerns—she provided the names of the banks they use and let me pick the two I was comfortable with. To my surprise, Jenkins not only respected my wishes but was able to beat the already low APR my own bank had offered! When it came time to finalize the purchase, Sierra had everything ready: the car was cleaned, tagged, and waiting out front, and the paperwork was prepared on her desk. We arrived at 3:30 pm, and by 3:45 pm we were driving home in our new car. Truly the smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be coming back! More
