Sherry sets the example for what true customer service looks like. She constantly communicated with us and we never had to chase her for information. What can I say, Sherry Horner went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she deal with my indecisiveness , she took a lot of her personal time to stay in contact with me and went all out on get expectations. Not only did she deal with my indecisiveness , she took a lot of her personal time to stay in contact with me and went all out on getting the truck I wanted and making it happen. She didn’t just give me what I wanted , she put me on a plan that I needed, to help put me in a positive standing with my vehicle equity. I would do more than recommend Sherry, I’d hire her for my personal assistant if I could afford to pay her a big enough salary. She is amazing. Very sweet, genuine , and all around a nice person. She made everything so easy with no stress at all. She will forever be my agent when it’s time for me to car shop. Our family have been doing business with DM Leasing for many years with excellent support but recently it was all different in a good way. The support and compassion helping me go thru the process was abo many years with excellent support but recently it was all different in a good way. The support and compassion helping me go thru the process was above and beyond. Our home caught on fire in Thanksgiving day and in 4 to 5 days I had to make decisions about a new car. Sherri came to my rescue! She listened to my struggles and my tears. My head was not in buying a new car, my heart was broken because of all the events not just a car. She listened to me, she gave me time to sort my ideas and came prepare with many options so I did not feel lost or overwhelmed. I trusted her completely with the research and she was amazing! She knew I was struggling and she helped me make my decision when my heart and head were not ready for it. These are the moment that you truly value business partnerships because you are treated fairly with respect and care. I know in my heart I was not a daily transaction.
