Some were even rude and dismissive, with one salesperson yelling at me and refusing to help because I “didn’t seem serious.” Then I called Shelley. I was emotional and overwhelmed, but she took the time to truly listen. She treated me with empathy, patience, and complete professionalism. Within ONE DAY, she got me into a car.
