I live in Thetford with my daughter and we love to go to the Aquatic center in White River Junction. Fall is by far my favorite season here in VT. I lease a Rav4 Hybrid and it's been my favorite car so far. Sheldon was an excellent, professional and courteous sales person from our first phone conversation through the closing of the deal. Everyone was great all along the way, but I have to call out Hannah for particular thanks and praise. She was low key and patient with us. We asked to work with a woman because we'd never gotten a chance to in car sales before and figured it was about time. As we hoped, she made it a great experience. She's been a great communicator before purchasing, during the intense period and since we got our RAV4 Prime. I also have to call out Marty, the sales manager who was fun and personable while we did the un-fun but necessary parts of the car purchase. And special thanks to Sheldon, who kindly let us sit in the front AND back seats of his Prime so we could make sure it would be right for us. More
