Great People Who Know Their Stuff! Sales person Shea Reyes was outstanding. He knows the vehicles down to the last detail. Was able to answer all my questions. Likewise, Dan Reinhardt, Sales person Shea Reyes was outstanding. He knows the vehicles down to the last detail. Was able to answer all my questions. Likewise, Dan Reinhardt, finance guy - knew everything I expected him to know and probably more. Ryan Siv, the follow-up guy, was also totally knowledgeable, patiently answered all my probably strange questions, made sure the car and I were well-acquainted, and was just an all-round pleasant guy, fun to work with. I don't buy cars often; last time was close to 20 years ago! My experience with White Bear Subaru was over the top. 20 years ago, as a single female, I had trouble being taken seriously as a person who actually wanted to buy a car. Not this time! All of these fellows were serious professionals - wow! More

Shady deals The dealership ended up making my car a lease. Not a finance. I drove the car off the lot after agreeing on a $25k deal with a $2.5k down payment af The dealership ended up making my car a lease. Not a finance. I drove the car off the lot after agreeing on a $25k deal with a $2.5k down payment after a long night.......had them fix the error and they evaluated the car at $2k OVER what we agreed upon ($27k). I was told there was going to be ZERO penalties. I am nothing but speechless at this point as the car is now $5k over what it should be ($22.5k - after down payment vs $27k). Congratulations on taking advantage of me! I may never get a Subaru ever again. Definitely won't tell any of my friends to go to your dealership. More
