I have been coming to Byers Toyota to see Shayne and Darryl for several years. Shayne is my favorite car salesman and it's worth a 4-Hour drive from my home. So happy with the process experienced at Byers Toyota! The team was welcoming, friendly and all around amazing! The financing process went very smoothly and overall, I cannot complain about the team here! Will highly recommend anyone to check these guys out! Update; Big surprise, these guys actually screwed me over. Offered me a disrespectful price on my vehicle but, reassured me that they could only sell it for (X) amount. I countered and got about 1.5k more than they originally hit me with. Here I see today, my vehicle is listed for sale for 2.9k more than what they said they could sell it for and will make about 5.4k in profit off me if they sell it for listed price. If you’re looking to trade a vehicle to these guys, I don’t recommend it. They will play off being your friend and make you feel comfortable and play games with ya to give in. I will never return to ANY Byers’ dealerships in all of Columbus and the surrounding cities. They’re just lucky that I am happy with my new car. More

Not very professional Paying cash for a car, the paperwork took forever. Seemed like most of the men were more concerned about socializing with each other. You couldn’t even put any gas in it. We have never bought a car that hasn’t been filled up before we left. The salesman we dealt with was more concerned with his wife coming to test drive a vehicle. If that was a car for us we wouldn’t have gotten it but our son really liked so that was the only reason we were patient. More
