Excellent experience at Roush two years in a row. We have now purchased vehicles at Roush Honda two years in a row; last year was my first new car buying experience, and this year was to get another v We have now purchased vehicles at Roush Honda two years in a row; last year was my first new car buying experience, and this year was to get another vehicle to replace the last one after I was hit and the car totaled (bummer). We selected Roush as our Honda dealer originally on the recommendation of some relatives, but our experience there has been top-notch every time. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming from the first, and each person we have worked with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. On the sales front, we worked with both Sam and Shawn at different times. Sam walked us through everything as first time car buyers, explaining all our options without ever pressuring our decision in any way. Then in our most recent visit we had great fun working with Shawn, who again managed to clearly offer us all options without ever trying to push us one way or another. If you want a good reliable vehicle at a fair price plus excellent service getting to that point, well then Roush Honda is the right place. More

Moms new lease I met Shawn nearly a year ago as I was waiting on my Odyssey to be serviced. I let him know early on that I was just passing time in the showroom and I met Shawn nearly a year ago as I was waiting on my Odyssey to be serviced. I let him know early on that I was just passing time in the showroom and was not in the market for at least another year. Shawn was very receptive to my situation and never pressured me to reconsider. Time goes on and whenever I was at the dealership for service and Shawn saw that I was there we would chat a bit, again with no pressure. A few months pass and I was at Roush doing some research for my mother whose lease was coming due and I happened to see Shawn again a told him of her situation. I was explicit on her vehicle likes and dislikes and he was very receptive. I brought her in a month later and he recalled our conversation and knew exactly what to show her and never once tried to upsell her which made our time with Shawn and the Roush team a pleasure. So in short I still have yet to make a purchase through Roush but was more than comfortable recommending Shawn to my mother. More

The most comfortable car-buying experience I've had. We were treated with extreme courtesy and thoroughness. It began with the receptionist and continued with our sales consultant, Shawn Risner. He was well informed and politely addressed both my wife's and my concerns and questions. We felt relaxed and never felt even the slightest pressure. Sean was trying to help us with the challenge of buying a new car in a friendly and helpful way. We felt like a friend was guiding us, not someone we met for the first time. We are going back Saturday to do a test drive and hopefully make a decision. More

Our experience there was not pleasant as the wait was long and the sales representative did not appear to very knowledgeable in the cars. My coworkers recommended Roush, and I can now see why. From the minute we walked through the front door, we were greeted with pleasant and eager staff members who wanted to help, but without the pressured sales tactics that we all fear about a car dealership. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. Our salesperson took the time to ask what our goals were for the visit, rather than push his agenda. In the end, we felt very comfortable with our purchase. More

Friendly personnel, Peaceful environment and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I'm a US Army veteran. I had a great experience with this dealership and more specifically my sales person (Shawn R.) and the Owner/Manager (who's name I can not recall at this moment). They gave me an awesome deal on my new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I drove all the way from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Roush (3 hours one way) to pick up the car. Shawn worked me me throughout this purchase. He sent me pictures and videos of the vehicles in their lot (to select color options) to help me decide which car I wanted to lock down. The processing, financing, etc was smooth without any delays. I just wish they were closer to Home (Ann Arbor) for obvious reasons. I went to Roush as a referral from a family friend. And, no doubt, I have forwarded their referral to my family and friends. I hope they treat and take care of them as they did with me. I would just like provide one quick feedback. I was a bit disappointed by the MPG (Miles Per Gallon) listed by Honda vs. the Actual MPG I have experienced with this Hybrid model. I think it's important to be honest and upfront about such things, since MPG is an essential factor for someone purchasing a Hybrid. In multiple conversations between American Honda and 3 different Honda Dealerships, I received mixed responses. I've finally learned that the MPG range listed (47 to 49) may only be applicable during the Warm/Hot weather but not the winter, regardless of how you drive. There are few other details which I don't feel the need to mention, but for the sake for customer satisfaction and complete honesty, it would be important to mention this factar during the time of sale. Nevertheless, my overall purchase is great. I love the car. And once again the people at Roush made this happened the best possible way. I wish Shawn and Roush Honda all the best and success in the future. They should expect futures referrals from me. God Bless! More

We were a little disappointed today to see that our 2016 CRV loaded Honda had depreciated so much in value in a 6 month time frame and were unable to trade it in for a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid for a comparable price.. very surprising since we've been told Honda's hold their value but no worries, it would have just been nice to have had the Hybrid. More

Previously, we have had 4 Accords which we loved. However, we were excited to try the 2017 CRV. Sean was great in taking the time to show us all the items on our new car, and reminded us he was just a phone call away should we need further assistance.
