We had the pleasure of working with Shawn Risner and highly recommend him should you be interested in purchasing a new car there. Shawn and the Roush team were so courteous, friendly and easy to work with...never did we feel any pressure, and they took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, from options to post-purchase walk through of all the vehicle's features. Their excitement and expertise with Hondas was palpable. I live across town near several other Honda dealers, but am very pleased we went with Roush. If you are looking for a great vehicle, superb service, and easy, straightforward process, definitely check them out. More

Was first introduced to Mark as he responded to an online inquiry. He was responsive, he listened to what I wanted and demonstrated patience as I worked that out. He gave me what I felt was the best deal first time. Didn't waste my time and presented the price with confidence and provided a great value proposition. During my car buying process Mark was promoted and I was seamlessly passed along to Shawn. I never had to repeat what I had shared with Mark Z. previously. They worked hand in hand until I picked up my new car. Day of delivery was just flawless. It's a process I generally dread but I had an appointment, both Shawn and Karen were on point with delivering what I asked. Handled the transacation with ease and had me on the road in my new car in no time. Shawn's overview of the car was on point. He was very thorough going over the car with me, the whole time I was interacting with Shawn I felt like I was the most important customer to him. He was all in focusing on me and ensuring he answered any question that I had. Roush surpassed my expectations of car buying and quite frankly set the bar for what I have now come to expect! I did not feel pressured, or rushed. Shawn was very patient, and answered all my questions. He laid out all my options, and explained each with detail. If you are thinking about leasing or purchasing a new Honda, I would highly recommend asking for Shawn R. I'm 2 days into driving my new Honda Civic Hatchback, and I absolutely love it. I never felt pressured and I never felt like he was annoyed with me for taking so long. He was always very helpful, answered all my questions, let me look at the car, again, and again, and again....you get it! When I was finally ready to buy it was quick and easy, no hassle at all. The service department has been really great, too. I've gone here for service for several years. They are fast and friendly. This is a great dealership! More

Shawn and Casey helped me to find a car that fit in my budget and that I also enjoy driving. I cannot thank Shawn enough for his patience and willingness to explain in detail everything to me that I had questions on. I had originally went in to discuss my options on my leased 2015 Honda Civic because I was over on my mileage. I ended up leaving there with a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport that I absolutely love! I would easily recommend Roush Honda to any of my friends and family. Change of heart I have visited this dealership on several occasions and each time I walked away feeling disappointed and offended. Because of the location, my husban I have visited this dealership on several occasions and each time I walked away feeling disappointed and offended. Because of the location, my husband and I would look at cars at Roush Honda but I always walked away vowing to never purchase a vehicle from them. When I walk into any place of business and after 20-30 not one salesperson acknowledges my presence, I don't feel a need to spend my money at that establishment. Last year we again visited the dealership when we were considering another Honda but with intentions to buy it from Roush however, this time the experience was totally different. We were acknowledged by not only several salesmen but the manager also came and spoke with us and we ended up working with a salesmen by the name of Josh. Although we decided to wait another year to purchase a vehicle, the experience was so great I kept his business card. I said if we decide to get a Honda, I would first go back to Roush and work with Josh; one year later that's what I did. Unfortunately, we learned that Josh was no longer employed there and I thought, 'oh boy here we go." Interestingly enough, the same manger that we met last year, greeted us and said he would put us in good hands...and he did! We worked with Shawn Risner and oh my, what a great experience. Shawn was extremely professional. He followed up with us while we were narrowing down our decision of what carmaker we were going to move forward with but he wasn't overbearing nor pushy. We have purchased many vehicles, (five of them being Honda's) and this was the best car buying experience I've had. My opinion of Roush has completely changed and I look forward to recommending others to Roush to work with Shawn and have to same buying experience I had. The customer service was an A+! More
