I caught him not once, but twice, right at his quitting time and he stayed until I was totally taken care of! Without complaining or seeming to be put out! I was going to get an Nissan SUV but Shawn would throw a set of keys at me before we even talked turkey. I drove a few cars before deciding on a couple of occasions. My needs were always considered, my price point made and I got what I wanted! He follows up and does what he says he will do. The entire dealership acts like owners. In fact, they are employee owned! They are friendly neighbors! I drove to a different county for this repeated excellent 100% customer satisfaction experience and I will continue to make THIS Honda dealership my 'go to' full service car care car place.
