Otis & Shawn I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new Accord. I guess she had grown tired of her 2004 Accord with 123k miles. Otis was celebrating his 24 year anniversary on Saturday and referred me to Shawn Risner. Shawn worked with Lisa and I over a span of 5 hours while also helping his other clients. My daughter is a PHd student at OSU and therefore her resources are limited. Shawn again spent the time and made this experience a wonderful one. Otis recommended we make use of the Costo program which saved us a nice chunk of change. We'll be back. Otis and Shawn are wonderful assets to Roush. Carl Juckett More

Wonderful experience... For the first week at least. I had to change this review of mine, I left the Roush Honda thinking everything went great. I did the review and gave them 5 stars, per Shawn Risner’ I had to change this review of mine, I left the Roush Honda thinking everything went great. I did the review and gave them 5 stars, per Shawn Risner’s request. But, what I didn’t know is that after everything is signed, that is when they begin messing with you. I was owed a large check due to having my trade in almost paid off and I was moving to a lease. I was told that I would receive my check in 7 to 10 days. Well I didn’t hear anything, so I figured I would contact Roush Honda at day 12 to get the status of my check. I was told, well sir, there is a problem. “We” accidentally sent the full trade in amount to your previous loan company instead of just the pay off. Now, “we” have to wait for the previous loan company to see all funds clear, then they will send you a check for what was over paid. After another week I started asking for updates again. My emails were ignored. I ended up having to send out a blanket email to all management members to get one person to reply. Casey Brindley ended up contacting the loan company and asking them to expedite it. I finally got an apology from the Casey. Little late but whatever. One week later, I still didn’t have my check. Time for more emails. Casey actually tried to blame the previous loan company. I had to remind Casey that Roush Honda was the issue, not the previous load company. I went to the Westerville Police department and filed a Police Incident Report. Roush Honda was not happy about that one, but I had given them more than enough time to get me my money. I ended up getting my check 26 days after the transaction. Had this been turned around and I had owed Roush Honda over $11,000, and sent my check to a different automobile dealership, they wouldn’t have waited for 26 days for that other dealership to give them their money. They would have sued me and or had my new car repossessed. I am sure that “sorry” wouldn't have been good enough either for them either. So, why is it ok for them to do it to me? It is not. I nicely expressed my dissatisfaction in this whole process and how I will not to go back for service or any other reason, and they didn’t seem to really care or offer any incentive for me to return. Therefore, I will not go back. I purchased from Roush Honda because I wanted to give the local company the business and I thought it would be nice to not have to drive as far for service and such, I was wrong. I suggest staying away from Roush Honda. There are plenty of other local Honda dealerships. Roush Honda and everyone that works there is the definition of lie in your face, just trying to make a quick buck, automobile dealer. More

New Honda CRV Really enjoyed working with Roush while getting my Honda CRV. I was a little unsure what I wanted to do when I arrived and wasnt 100% for getting the Really enjoyed working with Roush while getting my Honda CRV. I was a little unsure what I wanted to do when I arrived and wasnt 100% for getting the vehicle that day and wanted a couple days to think over my decision before going ahead with it. Being good salesmen I was pushed a little to go ahead with the purchase that day, as all sales people should do, but was not pushed to the point that I was uncomfortable and was encouraged also to take the time and come back when I was ready. Really stood out to me that they wanted for me to make sure I made the correct decision on my own terms. More

Shawn Risner delivers a perfect 10! Roush Honda has had my business for over 12 years. I am VERY particular about my needs and the person I work with. When my first salesman left the com Roush Honda has had my business for over 12 years. I am VERY particular about my needs and the person I work with. When my first salesman left the company I was concerned about finding a worthy replacement and thankfully, Shawn Risner met me at the door. Over the last six years he has met every need, followed up with every concern, problem, or question I have had. After my first lease I had built such a trusting bond I let him pick my next car for me. Again he listened to my every need, want, financial situation and picked a car I never would have chosen. He picked a 10 for me! HE LISTENS to his customers and CARES! He works hard at getting it right! Even the hurdles that come up are dealt with ease and solved QUICKLY!
