I was sold a lemon (bad transmission among other things). My car was in service for over 3 months. There was a lack of communication from the service advisor throughout the process. The Sales department show My car was in service for over 3 months. There was a lack of communication from the service advisor throughout the process. The Sales department showed no concern for the outcome my situation, they were my beat friends at the time of the original sale but had no interest I helping me after my transmission failed. I’ll never buy from this dealership again. More
