They sales rep Ryan treated me with the up most respect and gave me quality services as one is supposed in my opinion he went above and beyond, he did try to force anything on me nor did he try cut me sh and gave me quality services as one is supposed in my opinion he went above and beyond, he did try to force anything on me nor did he try cut me short he worked well with his team on getting me into what I needed . Sean in finance also was a major key, he and Ryan worked to get me driving in 2022 car and I thank them and Dana ford their quality services More

Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies was told they had no courtesy vehicles. Had no idea what the issue was. Called corporate took Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies was told they had no courtesy vehicles. Had no idea what the issue was. Called corporate took approximately 7 days to resolve issue 2- approx 20K miles car was backfires and transmission wasn’t correct. Bring into dealership say it’s not going to be look at for at least 3 weeks again no courtesy vehicle. Called corporate again problem resolved in 10 days. 3- buying out lease and trying to get the correct information to who check needed to be made out out to took 4 emails with John Daly Service Manage. (Such a Joke) Also when coming to pay off lease John Daly Made a comment There here Very mPROFESSIONAL. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. So unprofessional and extremely poor customer Service More
