However, Shawn the GM and George the manager at VW did make some great strides to fix things and made me feel at ease. That's when Shawn put me with Mei Kei. I'll admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer (thus the rough start) but Mei Kei put me at ease and was patient. She went above and beyond to get me in the right car for me and my son. She did a great job of making sure he was comfortable - which is awesome considering we all know the process can drag out. In finance, Brian was quick and easy. He made a tedious process fly by!! And at the end, Mei Kei was ready to deliver the car to me and had me set to go! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Mei Kei, Brian and Shawn. I truly appreciate you. -Will More

Service-less Dealership I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back f I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back for accessories to be installed. I received a call from my salesperson with a schedule time to drop off my car. The dealership had my car for 1 week and I received the call informing me that the car was ready for pickup. I was not able to make it in the dealership during normal business hours, so I picked the car up in the evening. When was provided the keys to the car, I noticed that many of the accessories were not installed. The salesperson was not sure what happened but indicated I would receive a call from Service in the morning. That call never came my way. I reached out to the dealership a few days later and spoke with someone again who informed me that I would get a call back. Again no call backs. I have since called the General Manager as well as the Service Advisor three days in a row to which I have not yet received a call back. I'm at a loss, I like my car and would love to have it with everything I paid for installed. More
