Shauna Davis was helpful and communicated with me regularly. The service, however, was terrible and took over a month to be completed. When it was finally completed, it my steering wheel was mounted regularly. The service, however, was terrible and took over a month to be completed. When it was finally completed, it my steering wheel was mounted incorrectly so I couldn’t drive straight without turning it to the left. The cupholders were not secure and there was an open tube of super glue left in it that spilled out. The car was supposed to be cleaned prior to pickup and it was filthy. The porter who brought me my vehicle that day was very apologetic and took it back to have it washed. I went back to service and they promised to fix the issues, which they did, within a week. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle after this and because of the service I had experienced during this service and 2 other prior services, I chose to purchase a vehicle with a different dealership. Takes the dealership 2 weeks just to diagnose your vehicle. Then it takes another week or 2 for the warranty claim to be approved then another week for the actual repairs. Dealer refuses to provide re vehicle. Then it takes another week or 2 for the warranty claim to be approved then another week for the actual repairs. Dealer refuses to provide rental vehicle during lost time They don’t resolve all car issues at the same time. Car is constantly breaking down. Do not trust they know how to repair cars correctly. I have had to take the car back every 2 months for the same check engine light. Now they started charging the customer for disposable gloves for mechanics and credit card fee. Prioritize profits with trash service They never provide updates on the car during thr month the vehicle is there. Just a text at 4:59 pm telling you the car is ready and to pick up. More

I bought this Dodge Charger for my son 10 years ago when he started College. Shauna is awesome, real customer service personnel She follows up and keeps you posted.
