This is my third car at Findlay and service has always been adequate. At times excellent and at times poor. Shaun (Service Advisor) is new to me and is very nice. I have always used Xavier Walker and am s been adequate. At times excellent and at times poor. Shaun (Service Advisor) is new to me and is very nice. I have always used Xavier Walker and am so sorry to hear about his accident. I hope he recovers soon. But now for my comments on this service. All went well until I went to retrieve my car at the cashier's desk. That's when I found out that things changed and now the service advisor takes payments when service is finished. So I left TWO cashiers who were doing nothing to sit at my Service Advisors desk for over 5 minutes while he was busy with another customer. What is wrong with y'all!!!??? A busy Service Advisor shouldn't be taking payments while TWO cashiers sit idle. What a screwed-up system! Who ever thought that one up should be fired! Get the payments back with the cashiers where it has always been. More
