Jab also was extremely transparent and gave us fair pricing without much haggling. They were willing to work a bit on our trade in. I feel that the finance management guy in charge of final numbers for the protection packages was a bit sneaky, so be careful with the final numbers. We went to three dealerships that day, Shaun made the experience great from start to finish. When looking at a different type of car, I didn't get the attention from the salesman that we got from Shaun at Honda! More

I wasn't quite ready to buy and wanted to involve my husband in the decision process, etc. Shaun was wonderful to work with, he always followed up with me to see if I had had any questions and was never pushy. One evening I brought my husband in to look at the Pilot and Shaun wasn't working, so Kevin helped us and he was very nice & informative as well. I was contemplating what trim level to purchase on the Honda Pilot and Shaun went over all the features on each trim level to help with the decision. When it came to purchasing the Pilot it was a very easy transaction, they came down on the MSRP listing to a number that worked for my husband and I to get the Pilot Touring trim level. Overall a wonderful experience! More
