However, this we The convenience of having Mr. Bill come to Florence and pick up my car and bring it back after being serviced is worth 5 stars alone. However, this week I had to take it to the dealership because of the time frame I was working with but I was able to get a loaner vehicle and then Mr. Bill brought my car back the next day. So this was the first time I have actually gone into the service dept. Shaun Crosier was the service rep I worked with. He really made it an easy process. I lost one of my smart keys (a costly mistake) and Shaun took care of getting a replacement and the rest of the routine maintenance. I’m so impressed with how they treat each car like it is a brand new one. It is very evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority. More

October 10, 2019 Normal 5,000 Mile Service We bought both vehicles in for servicing as they had reached the 5,000 mile mark at the same time. We were advised by our service writer that the b We bought both vehicles in for servicing as they had reached the 5,000 mile mark at the same time. We were advised by our service writer that the brakes needed to be replaced and advised the cost and how long it should take. We approved the work and his time estimate was within 10% of the actual time. The low pressure warning indicator was continually on and it turned out that a sensor needed replacement at a cost of $212.82 which we approved. It always amazes me how well Lexus is at knowing life expectancies of parts on their vehicles as the 8 year extended platinum warranty had expired in June this year. As always everyone was very helpful and this is a first class service center. More
