If it wasn't for my sales people Robert Booth and Shannon Guest, I would have rated my experience as a terrible one. I did not get greeted one time on my visits to the dealership. If it weren't for the two individuals I worked with I would not have purchased my vehicle there. Even to the point that I am really unsure if I want to have my vehicle serviced there. I appreciate the fact that these two individuals took the time to work with me and get me what I wanted. More

She then introduced me to Kendall who would be my sales represntative. He was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. He was very professional and not high pressure. I also had the honor to work with Ray Cio, he was extremly friendly and helpful and made the car buying decision an easy one. Overall I can't say enough good things about South Oak Dodge. I would definately recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

I was beyond happy with the amazing service!! I started out looking online and received a quick response and set up a time to come to the dealership. Fantastic people to work with, no hassles, Shannon gave me an excellent price over the phone and ordered the truck I wanted without having to even go to the show room. Originally I wasn't planning on trading in my 2007 Charger RT, but did and was satisfied with the trade in allowance, it was a very fare price. Wish they were a Mercedes Dealer, as my wife is planning on getting a new car next year, her 2001 Mercedes has been a great car, Maybe South Oak will be a Benz Dealer by then! Working with the South Oak team made buying a new car as easy as it gets with no games. I found the car that I wanted online and worked with Shannon to get it to where I needed it to be, then came in and me easy as it gets with no games.
