Honestly, I didn't want a mazda. My wife has a mazda and I didn't want "his and hers" cars. I was set against it. I went in to appease her and test drove a used one on the lot. The difference in the dealership was incredible - I had been to toyota, subaru, volkswagen, kia/hyundai... a couple other places. Mazda was the only dealership where I didn't get the slimy feeling from the sales people. They were normal, they talked straight. Now, after having the car for a bit, I've tried out their service department and... just like sales, they're great. They don't "find new things" that I didn't expect, they don't overcharge.... they're just straight up good. I have no reason to take this anywhere else at this point. More
