Russ and Laurie are always fantastic. Mazda has a great team. I’m very upset about tha Mazda app. I feel like I was scammed by the 3 year trial. I think it’s a shady practice to Nickel a Mazda has a great team. I’m very upset about tha Mazda app. I feel like I was scammed by the 3 year trial. I think it’s a shady practice to Nickel and dime a loyal customer. I purchased a premium plus package and now I have to subscribe! Terrible The local Mazda team at Werner’s is always friendly and accommodating. More

People at this dealership know what their jobs are. .. To listen to customers, help them resolve & fix their issues and get them on their way... These people actually 'listen' to the customer... Werner .. To listen to customers, help them resolve & fix their issues and get them on their way... These people actually 'listen' to the customer... Werner Mazda wants to get it done right, whatever the problem, the first time... Was there Saturday *(8th of February)... Shannon listened to what my issues... Shannon said no problem and had Pat (Mechanic) take the vehicle in and take care of the issues... He also looked over the vehicle to see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed... Which were taken care of I might add... This dealership is customer oriented... That's why this is a trust-worthy customer / business relationship... Thanks Again Werner Mazda and it employees... PS I'll be back in for my inspection soon... Just a REMINDER from the rep (Shannon)... More

Shannon was above and beyond. I wasn’t exactly kind when I found out the amount and she handled me like a pro. Irate customers are so difficult and she was amazing.
