I may be willing to update this review at a later date. But at this time, I'm pretty upset with the whole process. I'll keep it to the point. BRAND NEW 2025 3500 High Country. Purchased on 1/18/25. Pic But at this time, I'm pretty upset with the whole process. I'll keep it to the point. BRAND NEW 2025 3500 High Country. Purchased on 1/18/25. Picked it up 1/20/25. Discovered water leaking INSIDE the truck 1/23/25. Brought the truck back to Dealership (2hr drive each way plus time on site), 1/25/25. It's been there ever since with no updates or progress. When I brought the truck back to them, they had the hutzpah to try to push an extended warranty on me. Also, all tires were at different air pressures and the steering wheel is off about 5 degrees to the left on straight and level travel. Other smaller issues I'll not detail here but the prep side of the house here lacks something to be desired. Mike StCyr in the ordering department, was amazing to work with. He is the reason I chose this dealership. Once the truck arrived, I was handed off to Shane O'Brien who is also a good guy and helped me get through the paperwork and buying process. He's also did his best to facilitate me in bringing the truck back. Right now, I have a truck that I've waited over a decade to purchase and the dealership has had it in their possession for 90% of the time I've owned it. I really think it's time to just order an identical (minus the defects) replacement. By the time they get this figured out, a replacement can be here.
