AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! THEY STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE! Symdon Motors by far exceeded all of my expectations! My husband and I had spent an entire day at Bergstrom earlier in the week going through all the Symdon Motors by far exceeded all of my expectations! My husband and I had spent an entire day at Bergstrom earlier in the week going through all the mumbo jumbo. We had explained to them what we are looking for. They asked for a check for $500 as a "hold" because they were going to have to bring the vehicle down from another location. No biggie as it was clearly listed that I was not putting money down and they were getting me the car I wanted. But.....I received a call a couple days later saying the vehicle that came doesn't have hardly anything that was on my "must" list and was asked to settle. Informed them I would not settle. I then found the exact vehicle I had wanted at Symdon. I was able to get into contact with Michael who was amazing and was able to completely turn my rotten day around. I explained to him my situation and he got the whole process started right away. Financing was approved and everything good to go. From start to finish this whole process was about 2 hours until I drove off in my new vehicle. Never have I ever had anything go quite that smooth. In the mean time, I'm still trying to make sure Bergstrom doesn't try cashing my hold check....... Anyone looking for a vehicle, I highly encourage you to check out Symdon Motors. Michael and Shane gave me the greatest gift they could have. They truly are great at their jobs and definitely made the process as easy as possible! Even though it is a bit of a drive from my home, you will see me again! More
