I LOVE this dealership from Aaron (best salesman ever) to management and Shane and all the guys in the mechanic area and everyone in the office it is a delight to go there for service....Almost a social even management and Shane and all the guys in the mechanic area and everyone in the office it is a delight to go there for service....Almost a social event. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and there is always fresh coffee or cold drinks available. The other thing I love is their loaner cars are always clean, running well and full of gas. As you can see I wouldn't consider any other dealer !!! I purchased a new truck, two new Traverse High Country and a used Camaro all in the last five years. What sold me the very first encounter was Aaron's upbeat personality AND the fact that when my husband and I met him he talked to both of us - other salesman tend to talk to the men and that would have been a serious mistake because for the entire 47 years of our marriage I have purchased ALL of the vehicles. If he would have ignored me I would have walked. I tell my other female friends when they ask where to go to go to Symdons and ask for Aaron!!! More

Great dealership with excellent service, parts, body shop and sales departments. The days of the hometown dealership services are long gone, with many dealers trying to sell vehicles to make quota, where Sym and sales departments. Also, many dealership service departments are just looking to flush your wallet instead of your fluids, not Symdon. They sell you the service you need, or want. No push to do unneeded maintenance before its due. Symdon Chevy in Mt. Horeb continues their business model of customer first. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new Chevy!! My family has bought three vehicles from Symdon in the last 1.5 years - two new Silverado's and a very nice used Impala, and I have bought many trucks from them in years past. I don't even bother to shop with other dealers because I know only Symdon's will give me the best experience when it comes to sales or service! More

You don’t make appointments for service, you just show up, so you never know when your vehicle service will get done,other dealers you make an appointment and they get you in and take care of service .
