Excellence in all things I cannot express the depth of gratitude that we have for Eli (our Salesperson); Shane (Manager); and, July (our Delivery Specialist). From the moment I cannot express the depth of gratitude that we have for Eli (our Salesperson); Shane (Manager); and, July (our Delivery Specialist). From the moment we walked in the door, the experience began. We were immediately engaged by both Eli and Kimberly Tollett. Of note was how relaxed our conversation was. After making our desires known, Eli led us to what would soon become our vehicle. Eli was knowledgeable, direct ... and smart enough to say when he did *NOT* know something (but would find it out). After leaving, Eli obtained answers to my list of questions such that when we returned we could finalize the transaction. Upon our return, Owen Sutherland even began working with my wife on potentially another vehicle! Eventually, Eli introduced us to Shane; and, after very frank discussions, we completed the transaction with all parties satisfied. At time of vehicle delivery, July made an excellent parting impression as he helped us understand various aspects of our vehicle. From beginning to end, every point of contact within the organization was affable, approachable, knowledgeable ... and simply, kind. Kudos, to all involved. As an aside, the last car I bought my wife resulted in such an onerous experience (involving a different dealership in Amarillo) that I had to fly to Cleveland, Ohio to get her the vehicle she wanted with the level of customer service we desired. What a pleasant experience, this time around, with Street Volkswagen — an obvious example of the Panhandle at its finest. More
