Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!! Let me start by telling you that I’ve bought over 10 vehicles over the last 10 years. I’ve never had an experience like this one. Upon arrival I was a Let me start by telling you that I’ve bought over 10 vehicles over the last 10 years. I’ve never had an experience like this one. Upon arrival I was able to browse at cars briefly without being bombarded. Once my husband and I were approached by Cole Ornelas we still not pressured at any point. He was able to answer all our questions and if he didn’t know something he would look it up. There’s a lot of new technology on these vehicles from model to model and different makes. So I wouldn’t expect the sales team to know every single detail but I appreciate when they don’t just guess or assume or tell me they will find out and never get back with me unless I ask. Cole helped us find the perfect car for our family within our budget. We did not purchase the vehicle the same day, instead of being pressured into a new vehicle we were allowed time to think about our decision. We also had our 2 year old son with us, all the staff was outgoing, friendly, engaging with us. They brought out toys for my son to play with and power VW kids vehicles that my son absolutely had a blast playing with! Sean did an outstanding job explaining lease options vs purschuase options and was more than fair with negotiating our vehicle. When my son and I came back the next day to purchase/lease the vehicle the staff was once again fantastic and most importantly engaging with my son so that I could complete paperwork. They offered drinks (water, soda, coffee) and snacks for anyone visiting the dealership. Noel completed financing paperwork with me, he was friendly and extremely patient with me and my 100 questions. They have a special area to deliver your vehicle to you, where Sterling Adams went over every single detail of the vehicle with me. I have NEVER had anyone do that in all the vehicles I’ve ever bought! I can’t tell you how many times I discover how something works after I’ve owned he vehicle for a bit and better yet how many times I probably never used a feature because I didn’t know about it. The staff was very accommodating for me and my family. They offered to arrange paperwork with my husband in a place more convenient for him since he works 12 hours every single day. I am not from the Amarillo area but I can promise you I will definitely be back! More
