I was never contacted about the status of my vehicle. After 2 weeks I went into the service department to check on the status myself. The dealership got me in on a Saturday but was unable to diagnose any issues because they said the person that does diagnosis was not there on the weekends. I'm grateful that the manager, Jimmy was able to diagnose any issues because they said the person that does diagnosis was not there on the weekends. I'm grateful that the manager, Jimmy was able to secure me a loaner vehicle since I had to leave my car for repairs and recalls. Once the repairs were fixed, the communication was good to let me know what was going on with the car, but I was very unsatisfied with coming back to a dirty vehicle as most other dealerships would have made sure the car was clean, especially after sitting outside in the elements for almost a week. More
