This was the best car buying experience I ever had!! I researched extensively, I knew what I wanted and what I thought was a fair price. Everyone was polite, friendly and super knowledgeable. After Kevin, I worked with Richard, aka Richie. He took me for a spin and gave me the rundown of all the features. He was great. Seth worked with me to get what I needed on my trade. I drove a beautiful, brand new, off the show room floor, Murano home! I am in love, or maybe it's lust! Anyway, I feel great about my purchase. Richelle sold me on the warranties, which in the past I always declined. I want this car for a long time, and I feel confident the warranties will give me return on investment.
