I recently picked up my Toyota Avalon from Lexus of Cleveland, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Seth was my salesperson, and he was incredibly transparent an Cleveland, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Seth was my salesperson, and he was incredibly transparent and helpful from the very first conversation. He took the time to FaceTime me to walk through the vehicle in detail — even pointing out minor blemishes — so I could feel confident before making the two-hour drive. That level of honesty and respect for my time really stood out. When I arrived on a busy Saturday, Seth still made me feel like a priority. He answered every question thoroughly and made the process smooth and comfortable. Tori in finance was equally fantastic — she secured a better rate than I expected and made things even easier by completing most of the paperwork through e-signing so I didn’t have to make an extra trip back. Delivery day was truly memorable. The entire team welcomed me with a standing ovation, offered to take photos, and had the car meticulously detailed with a bow on it — something I never expected when buying a used Toyota Avalon. Even after I left, Seth went above and beyond by scanning and sending me my paperwork when I realized I had forgotten it at the dealership. When I got home, I opened the hand written note from Seth, and it was a great personalized touch. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and no dealership has come close to the professionalism, care, and overall experience I had at Lexus of Cleveland. My wife had expressed that she was interested in a Lexus RX 350 Premium, and found the exact exterior/interior options that she had been looking for at the Lexus of Cleveland dealership. Prior to us even ar RX 350 Premium, and found the exact exterior/interior options that she had been looking for at the Lexus of Cleveland dealership. Prior to us even arriving at the facility, our sales consultant, Seth Collins, already had the vehicle ready and waiting for us to test drive. Seth was incredibly welcoming, friendly, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable about every feature of the vehicle (as well as many other vehicles in their inventory). He also knew EVERY single aspect regarding the warranty/coverage policies, which greatly aided in us feeling confident we would be making a wise purchase. My wife and I were unfamiliar with the area, so he also offered to join us for the test drive. While traveling around the area, Seth did an absolutely fantastic job informing us of the numerous intuitive features that the vehicle offered, and made the experience very enjoyable. Once we arrived back at dealership, he also went out of his way to provide us with the opportunity to test drive another similar vehicle of a different color scheme to ensure we found the Lexus that was right for us. During the purchasing process, we were also fortunate enough to work with the Finance Manager, Sarah Klein. Sarah has decades of experience in the industry, and truly made the process incredibly seamless and enjoyable. She also had an excellent sense of humor, and was truly a pleasure to be around. Following the purchase, once again, Seth Collins went above and beyond for us. The dealership was already closed, but he spent at least 30 minutes with me inside and outside the vehicle (in frigid ambient temperatures) showing me each and every single button, feature and detail. He even helped me download the Lexus application, link my iPhone, etc. Aside from the amazing service, the facility itself was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming/warming, and even the shop/maintenance area was absolutely beautiful and state of the art. This was our first experience purchasing a Lexus at the Cleveland dealership, but we will definitely be back for our next purchase! More
