The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. State department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Stated that I need 2 issues looked into. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More

We are being offered unnecessary servicing options as if they were required or imperative for our vehicle's correct functioning. We have been Toyota vehicle owners for the past 10+ years, and had several different models, but are considering no longer being Toyota customers because of these changes. More

Was helped right away by staff and they were able to do the update on my car without issue. They don’t have a reliable transportation service so I ended up having to uber to work to get there on time and I the update on my car without issue.
