The first service person I dealt with very rude and even hung up on me when I asked a question. I called back and talked to Shawn. He was so wonderful and polite. I was happy I called back. They fit my car in during a holiday week and were able to find the problem and fix it. They got it back to me before the holiday weekend so I would not be with out it. More
