Worse customer service ever, at least Ramon Cabrera, that was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked h was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked him inúmeras times for a specific service, he always said yes and ok for my requests ( always with delay), and after 3 hours waits for the service to be done, it was completely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR… definitely worse sales person and costumer service aver… dealer and/or sales person! Very bad experience. Will never refer to anyone! More

It has been over 30 days and the dealership has still not applied for my new car’s state registration. Still using temporary tags which are expiring. Dealer will not give me registration tracking or the cont applied for my new car’s state registration. Still using temporary tags which are expiring. Dealer will not give me registration tracking or the contact information for their “3rd party” company. The DMV has confirmed they have not received registration application from the dealer. Since this is illegal, we are going to have to pursue legal action. Extremely disappointing experience. More

My first time buying a new car and I could not be more happy with the service I recieved. I went to 6 other dealerships and no once came close to the customer service I recieved from Lexus. Danielle Conta happy with the service I recieved. I went to 6 other dealerships and no once came close to the customer service I recieved from Lexus. Danielle Contaldi was AMAZING and my perfect salesperson. She knew every stat about each model and was so patient with answering my questions. Her professionalism, care, and personality made me feel so confident with making my decision. She continuously followed up with me along my journey of deciding what car to buy. The general manager, Sean also deserves recognition. He took the time to look over my lease and talk with me personally before I sealed the deal. And Lastly, Todd in the finance department walked me thru all the paperwork making me feel comfortable and knlowedgable about my contracts. Thank Lexus of North Miami, Thank you Danielle, Todd, and Sean. You have gained a life long customer. More

These people are pigs. They will steal your money and sell you a car with a fake “clean carfax” that has many body panels that don’t line up appropriately and has obviously They will steal your money and sell you a car with a fake “clean carfax” that has many body panels that don’t line up appropriately and has obviously been in a major accident and charge way above market value for it. They can’t be trusted. The worst is how they will ROB YOU on a trade in. They listed my car for $35,000 higher than what they offered me and pretended they were making me a really good offer. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. More

As a follow up from my last review, Terrible customer service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I calle service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I called and they said they were going to rely all the information to the general manager and that i should be receiving a call from him in 2 days. It’s now been 6 days and i have called and followed up but still never got an answer. The General manager Shawn didn’t even have the decency to call me back and they keep saying he’s busy. Once again a terrible experience and coming from a Lexus Dealership I would NEVER expect this. Lost a customer for LIFE. More

Sean Kamal, who I now know is actually the General Sales Manager of this store, is shockingly arrogant, full of himself, and profane. Was extremely rude and disrespectful right at the door. Horrible experie Manager of this store, is shockingly arrogant, full of himself, and profane. Was extremely rude and disrespectful right at the door. Horrible experience, make sure to never buy a vehicle from here as long as they keep him employed. If he is this abusive to his customers I can only imagine how he is to his employees, hopefully they launch an investigation into that. Nobody should have to put up with something like this, and I cannot believe an organization of this stature would even consider employing someone of such poor and disgraceful character, especially in an upper management capacity. More
