It was great to be Sean and Mike. They were very friendly, resourceful and helpful enough to make business smooth enough and negotiate the deal at the dealership. Likewise the financ They were very friendly, resourceful and helpful enough to make business smooth enough and negotiate the deal at the dealership. Likewise the finance team helped me lock a good interest rate in two percent,which I haven’t personally found with any of the financial institutions I shopped around for. I wish I bought my Vehicle without a premium price tag on it. Unfortunately, it’s how the market is at the moment and the dealers take advantage of it. It’s just a business. More

The dealer should have the kept the pricing honest. Didn’t like the premium pricing on the MDX . I was welcomed advertised as a dealership that dosent charge premium pricing, but when asked for an exch Didn’t like the premium pricing on the MDX . I was welcomed advertised as a dealership that dosent charge premium pricing, but when asked for an exchange on the car that I didn’t like, I was charged premium price tag. Didn’t like that and they wouldn’t let walk out of the deal that I wanted to come out. I wouldn’t blame Sean who is very cool guy and exceeds customer’s expectations and you feel more welcomed with him around. I think it’s the manger that crunches the numbers playing the number tricks. More

The vehicle was not received, by the dealership, in time for me to take possession as expected; I live 700 miles away in Georgia and had to return, without the auto. The dealership then wanted me to pay for for me to take possession as expected; I live 700 miles away in Georgia and had to return, without the auto. The dealership then wanted me to pay for the vechicle to be delivered to GA. Vechicle received 11 days after .promised. I sent a very detailed emailed the GM over a week ago, without even receiving acknowledgment of my email from him; Car was received yesterday; I have heard from NO ONE at the dealership in over a week; The Sales Manager said he would split the cost of shipping the car and getting my trade, so I am awaiting the $500 from him. We did not go over the features on the vechicle, when I first test drove it, as it was planned for us to review and discuss, once I had possession. Of course that was suppose to be done in person, but the car did not arrive. It is my intentions to reach out to corporate and express my displeasure. We will see if they respond, since the GM was clearly too busy to even acknowledge my email and the concerns I detailed in it. If corporate does not respond, I will take it to the next level...I did not and do not feel that I should pay additional money to have the car sent to me, My time-line was stated at the beginning, that I was in town for 6 days only. Had I been told the vechicle could not get to the dealership by then, I would have moved on and purchase elsewhere. I gave the option to cancel the deal, return my down payment and cancel the financing, which incidentally took effect on the 19th. (car received on the 30th).. but that was not considered by the sales manager. I provided 3 options, in my detailed emails to him, what came of this, is the offer to split the cost. This is where we are cutrently, awaiting his funds and drafting my email to the VP of Branding and the VP & GM of Sales and Services in the Corporate office.. More
