This dealership over charges for their services. They have the nerve to charge for a simple tire rotation, when any other car I've owned that is a free routine service when you bring your car in. Had the car in for a reoccurring coupler issue that is covered under warranty. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Took the vehicle to another KIa dealer and they confirmed the coupler was bad and re covered under warranty. They didn't even try to fix the problem.
