I repeatedly requested access to the car to transfer the items, and was told to do it on delivery day. When delivery day came a week later they told me car went to auction days ago. The BIG issue. THE VIN NUMBER COMES BACK TO A DIFFERENT YEAR ACORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER!!! Because if this I cannot get most major insurance companies to cover it. More

Customer Service was inconsistent even sexist at times. Although everyone was eager to sell me a car, they were not so eager to hear my complaints about emissions lights going on, and misaligned wheels.
