Raymond KIA of Antioch, IL has a beautiful dealership with a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. While the facility itself is impressive, the buying process was frustrating. It took three weeks to finalize a deal, and the price of the vehicle changed multiple times throughout, which made the experience feel inconsistent and drawn out. The paperwork at the end took forever! More
