Scott extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented when answering our many questions. Kept me well informed during the 3 1/2 month wait. Would also like to extend a shout out to Scott Sweeney in finance whose explanations of service and extended warranty information actually helped make up my mind as I was definitely not going to purchase one.
