I expected better business being a Ferman employee myself but nothing was said about the problems in the truck and they let me leave with it. More

I told Scott that i was driving to Az snd i wanted "Bumper to Bumper plan .After shouting out if this thst and the other was covered he stated yes. After paying for my new plan my exhaust system broke 2 days later and i took it to the shop and was told that my plan does not cover it. It will cost me 2000.00 to fix instead of my 100.00 deductible that was quoted to me. Now ater the quote from the service department i cant drive my car without the fear of my exhaust system will fall out and besides i dont have that kind of money to fix the problem. Am i upset.??? YES i am!!! I asked Scott if i got the best plan for what i want, he stated yes. I question if Scott really listened to his Customer or is he just looking out for himself?? More
