Everybody was extremely helpful with the purchase from beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete ans beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete answered all my questions and when told him that I needed to think about it overnight they didn’t come back with a gimmicky close line. They did follow up the next day but in a very friendly manner. Special thanks to Tina for tucking my car in the garage when I came to get it since it was raining. No pressure sales I was looking at a 2018 and 2017 Jeep Cherokee on the True car web site that was link to Ferman of New Port Richie right from the start Heather acknow I was looking at a 2018 and 2017 Jeep Cherokee on the True car web site that was link to Ferman of New Port Richie right from the start Heather acknowledege my interest and advice to reach out to them if I had any questions and that was all. Other places that I had interest with a vehicle sent acknowledgement and then followed right up with a phone call multiple times. When I went to Ferman on my own Pete was ther to greet me and I advised what vehicles I had interest in test drove and answered my questions and once done allowed my wife and I to decide which one and did make it enjoyable with a few chuckles in there with option Red or Blue the colors. There was no pressure. We chose and then even Scott who finalized everything for financing did not try to over sell me with anything extra just basically said call later when I can add the extra on. Thanks guys to you made the best car buying experience ever. Will definatley by from You again or one of your other locations More
